Call for papers

The call for papers for the 2017 Annual Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) Conference: Students, Quality, Success is now open.

Presenting at the 2017 Annual TEQSA Conference offers a valuable opportunity to connect directly with colleagues across the higher education sector. The inaugural TEQSA Conference in 2016 attracted more than 400 delegates from 111 higher education institutions, government and industry and there is already a high degree of interest in this year’s event.

Presentations exploring the three key themes of Students, Quality and Success with particular emphasis on innovative approaches, evidence-based outcomes and collaborative initiatives are welcome. Submissions from early career academics and higher education professionals are encouraged.

The first two days of the conference will focus on plenaries and panel discussions while 1 December will be dedicated to presentations responding to the call for papers.

Please note, you must register to attend the conference in order to be a presenter.

Presentations can be up to 25 minutes, including questions and answers. Shorter presentations of 10 to 15 minutes are encouraged.

Submission Guidelines
You need to provide the following:

  • A 500-word titled summary of your presentation. Your title should be no longer than 10 words
  • A 200-word abstract

Selection Process
Your presentation summary will be reviewed by a panel of academics and higher education professionals. Decisions will be announced by Thursday 31 August.
